With state budget delayed, SEPTA cuts could impact Philadelphia students

As the Philadelphia region prepares for massive budget cuts, the city is also home to 55,000 students that will feel the squeeze. The state’s budget is now three weeks overdue, but the proposed funding has many commuters who rely on public transportation concerned.
