Pennsylvania’s fastest-growing political group can’t vote in primaries

Pennsylvania’s fastest-growing political group can’t vote in primaries

As it stands, only registered republicans and democrats can vote in primary elections in Pennsylvania. But, as these two parties’ registrations both show a decline across the Commonwealth, a new party is on the rise.
