Broad and Liberty recently sat down with the Democrat-turned-Republican retired judge Patrick Dugan who will once again enter the race for Philadelphia’s district attorney position this fall. Despite a loss to the same competitor, Dugan is hopeful a swap in parties will boost his chances for this crucial role.
